Welcome to Miami University Panhellenic Recruitment! 
We're super excited to have you! In order to fully register for women's formal recruitment, you must pay the registration fee in full and fill out all of the necessary areas.

Please use your Miami University UniqueID and Miami Email address when necessary. 

After you complete your registration you will be contacted by your Rho Gamma early in the Fall semester.
Rho Gammas are our upperclasswomen who help guide you through the recruitment process.

In Late October or Early November, you will also be sent a link to complete the New Member Orientation online course, which must be completed before formal recruitment starts. 

I understand that to be eligible for recruitment I must have completed, at Miami University or another accredited institution:
- one full-time fall or spring semester
- 12 credit hours with at least a 2.5 minimum GPA
- and be enrolled as a full-time Miami University
If you selected to take a GAP semester for Fall 2020 and/or will be below 12 earned credit hours due to COVID-19, you may request an exemption to the credit hour requirement using this form: https://forms.gle/kuRiXYEBzH4PB1CE8
You are encouraged to take a J Term course to establish Miami Credit hours and a GPA and to earn the minimum required GPA.  If you are unable to do so, please describe your circumstances when completing the request for exemption form.
